Project: Gateway Plaza
European Sheeting Ltd have secured this project. The project, called Gateway Plaza, is the first of three planned phases of redevelopment in what is considered to be the town’s largest ever regeneration project. This first phase is expected to take two years to complete and when finished will offer a monumental 132,310 sq ft of residential accommodation, comprising 189 apartments laid out over 15 storeys, plus 12,137 sq ft of office space over seven storeys.
